Challenge

New HVAC equipment was delayed approximately five months. Simply Custom resequenced work to prevent additional schedule loss.

Simply Custom opened the original Uptown location, completed the relocation during pandemic disruption, helped the business reopen at Mockingbird Station, and helped maintain its community presence.
