Overview

A former Pilgrim's Pride warehouse was repositioned as a high-performance mixed-use environment while retaining the structure's industrial identity.

Challenge

Existing-building conditions, design and field conflicts, and trade performance required daily coordination from preconstruction through completion.

Delivery

  • Daily field supervision across all trades
  • Schedule, sequencing and subcontractor direction
  • Preservation of original structural steel, masonry and industrial character
  • New MEP installed inside the existing structure
  • Code and accessibility upgrades
  • Quality control and inspection coordination
  • Closeout

Building performance

The repositioned building includes approximately 450 solar panels.

Result

Simply Custom helped complete coordinated construction, resolve field and design conflicts, and deliver a quality closeout for a renewed Dallas landmark.
